TUFFPLY IS AN ENGINEERED PLASTIC COMPOSITE BOARD – DOES NOT CRACK, ROT OR ABSORB MOISTURE

TuffPly is an engineered plastic composite board / plastic plywood, made specifically for form concrete shuttering faces. Its solid construction of plastic material, combined with reinforcement plates, provides a consistent high strength to weight ratio but light board and does not crack or rot or absorb moisture.  

Its very tough & scratch resistant surface suits the rough handling on site and can be nailed, screwed & sawn easily like how you would use a wood product.

The UV resistant plastic material can last for years and typical reuses of a few hundred times could be achieved with proper care and handling within its mechanical limits.

The end result of using such materials allows you to achieve a very low cost of shuttering, each time with a superior concrete finish.
