TuffPly is an all plastic, metal reinforced, engineered plastic composite board which weighs as little as 2/3 of but up to 10 times stiffer than general plastics and 2 times stiffer than plywood.

Its solid construction of plastic combined with reinforcement plates, provides a consistent high strength to weight ratio but light board and does not crack or rot or absorb moisture while maintaining dimensional stability to cover a wide range of application uses.

Its very tough & scratch resistant surface suits the rough handling on site and can be nailed, screwed, sawn & machined easily like how you would use a wood product.

The UV resistant plastic material has an option of a light textured and will last for years and the end result of using such materials allows you to achieve a very low cost of ownership.

TuffPly can be fully recycled and its materials can be reused to produce another TuffPly all over again and again. Damages to the board can be easily repaired by with a plastic welding rod, leaving it to cool and then sanding off either on-site or off-site.
